Make a positive difference in someone’s life by joining The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. We are recruiting for a Complex Needs Practitioner - Level 2 at our services in Dunfermline, where you will be providing 2:1 Support.

It would be advantageous, if candidates have previous experience of working within a Complex Needs service, where CALM & PBST, have played a huge role.

You will be required to work 12-13 hour shifts, including sleepovers on a rota basis.

Requirements:

· Ideally you'll have or be willing to work towards obtaining your SVQ-3 in Health & Social Care

· Previous experience of working with a range of individuals with a Learning Disability / Autism Spectrum / Complex Needs

· Excellent verbal and non verbal communication skills

· Be expected to work weekends, shift patterns and sleepovers if required.

About the Role:

The Complex Needs Practitioner (Level 2) is a key role within the service, where you would be providing skilled direct support, as well as assisting the Senior Support Workers to ensure that all support provided is of the highest quality. This will include communicating accurately and efficiently how the support plans are being delivered, assisting with the monitoring and evaluation of the individual support plans.
