Our fabulous team in Lenzie is on the lookout for a motivated and creative *female colleague with a positive attitude to join them as a Bank Support Practitioner.

It would be great if you hold a full UK manual driving licence, however this isn’t a deal breaker.


The Role:


As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support when it’s needed most. You will help ensure consistent support during staff leave, sickness or training. We’re looking for someone to ideally pick up 2-3 shifts per week to build up a trusting relationship with the supported person.


This role will be supporting a young lady with Autism who recently moved into her own home. We’re looking for a likeminded individual who enjoys going for walks and is willing to get involved with her hobbies.


To be a great Bank Support Practitioner, you will bring:

  • A caring and empathetic nature
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence with computers and digital systems
  • The ability to work well both independently and within a team
  • Strong organisational skills


Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting with meal preparation and medication.
  • Supporting individual to attend appointments, college and community activities.
  • Encouraging hobbies, interests, social opportunities and confidence-building.
  • Supporting with budgeting, daily living skills and personal organisation
  • Providing emotional support and helping maintain positive relationships with family and friends.


No two days are the same, and every shift offers the chance to make a meaningful difference.


Shift Patterns:


Shifts are 1pm – 9pm and can be Monday through to Sunday.
