Our fabulous Kilwinning team are on the lookout for compassionate and creative individuals with a positive attitude to join them as Nightshift Support Practitioners. These posts are 36hrs per week worked as 3x12hr shifts (8pm-8am). The roles are predominantly nigthtshift however some dayshift working may be required at times (8am-8pm)

You don't need experience in care to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We’ll give you all the training you need to be an amazing Support Practitioner including a fully funded SVQ.

Happily, we can accept non-drivers for these roles!

To be part of our team, we’ll need you to:

  • Confidence in using computers.
  • Be able to work well in a team environment and on your own.

All successful Nightshift Support Practitioner applicants will be given a conditional offer- this is subject to the receipt of satisfactory references and PVG; having a conviction will not necessarily debar you from working in this sector. All new staff members will be required to register with the SSSC within 3 months of their start date.
