Rachel is our Dundee Services Manager along with her amazing Team of Team Leaders, Liz, Lou, Sharon and Linda.
Rachel is looking for a passionate and motivated leader who believes in empowering people to live fulfilling and independent lives. You will play a key role within Rachels team to inspire, support and develop a dedicated team to deliver high- quality, person-centered support.

You would be joining a well-managed established supported living service within a diverse team who have currently been awarded Grade 6 at our recent care inspection, Nov 2025 , where it was noted "The performance of the service was sector leading and supported experiences and outcomes for people which were of an outstandingly high quality"
We do we support:
We Support over 90 individuals who live within their own homes or live within a supported living complex, or who receive support through our Outreach team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the day-to-day running of the service, including rotas, records and quality standards.
- Supervise, mentor and coach staff to deliver exceptional support.
- Develop and review personalised support plans.
- Work directly on shift to build strong relationships with the people you support.
- Promote inclusion, community participation and meaningful opportunities.
- Maintain clear communication with families, professionals and partners.
- Take part in on call duties.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in social care, including supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours of concern.
- Experience supervising or coordinating staff.
- Working knowledge of budgets and targets.
- Strong communication, planning and motivational skills.
- SVQ Level 3 in Care (or willingness to achieve it).
- A values-driven approach built on inclusion, respect and empowerment.
- Must hold a Driving Licence Full UK
