We are recruiting Complex Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex medical needs in their own homes, mainly across East Dunbartonshire. Applicants must have at least 1 year's UK healthcare experience and SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent/higher). Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Complex Carer – Care at Home

ScotNursing & Medical Services (SNMS) is a leading nursing and care provider delivering high-quality care and support across Scotland.

We are currently recruiting Complex Carers to join our Care at Home Team in the East Dunbartonshire area.

About the Role

You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex medical needs, supporting them to remain at home and live as independently as possible.

Previous experience in complex care or Care at Home is desirable, but full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Experience in areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, PEG feeding, epilepsy or behaviour management would be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is available to work 3 days per week.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year's healthcare experience in the UK
  • Minimum SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, or a higher/equivalent qualification
  • SSSC registration
  • Availability to work 3 days per week
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing safe, compassionate and person-centred care
