About the Role

Step Up: Delivered in community venues such as community hubs and centres. Predominantly, a flexible delivery model with a mix of group and 1:1 work with clients.

You will manage a caseload of clients to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment, and/or other outcomes, as detailed within the Service Level Agreement. You will provide person centred advice and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers, referral and partner agencies.

You will work as part of and in collaboration with support services, maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery.

What we are looking for

Essential attributes;

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with a range of people
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to develop and promote a service
  • Able to use IT and tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
