Hours: 18.75 per week (flexible hours, within office hours)

Salary: Pro rata £24,217.00 to £25,400.00 (Point 20 – Point 22)

About the Role

The SAMH Governance function manages SAMH regulatory and governance matters to ensure that good governance is observed, and that the organisation is compliant with relevant legislation. This includes data protection, complaints handling, policy management, and supporting the SAMH Board of Trustees.

The Governance Administrator will support the team with effective delivery of these tasks, working closely with the Governance and Complaints Officer, and Assistant Director- Corporate Operations.

We’re looking for an organised and self-motivated individual, who takes pride in their work, and wants to make a meaningful contribution to one of Scotland’s largest charities.

Previous experience in an administrative role is required, and you will ideally have experience working in a non-profit or social care environment.

This role is part-time: we value life/work balance and are happy to discuss hours of work which fit around your needs. The role can be hybrid or home based. If working from home you will be required to come to the Glasgow office on occasion for team meetings and other events.
