Today, we operate over 70 services in communities across Scotland, providing mental health social care support, addictions and employment services, among others. Salary: £27,228 - £29,575 per annum – pro rata (salary point 21 – 25)
*whilst this is a scale for progression, the starting salary is point 21

About the Role
The Service Coordinator’s post will take a lead role for:
Supporting service management to develop and maintain efficient logistics, resource planning and scheduling systems and processes, from referrals to delivery of support to maximise staff capacity and efficiencies for service delivery.
Establishing and maintaining information reporting systems relating to the contract service delivery.
Providing accurate reporting internally to SAMH and to Commissioners demonstrating a high level of competence.
Being responsible all administrative and reporting systems including the implementation and co-ordination of a service appointment system and ensuring processes are fit for purpose.
Ensuring all administration is efficient and effective and systems, processes and procedures are in place to support service delivery.
Providing support to the service management in the delivery of outcomes for the service.
What we are looking for:
Previous administration experience in a fast paced environment (Essential).
Excellent communication (both written and verbal), networking and interpersonal skills. (Essential)
An ability to work under pressure and to deal with stakeholders in an inclusive manner. (Essential)
Highly motivated, creative and dynamic approach to delivery and ability to prioritise workload effectively. (Essential)
High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. (Essential)
Ability to balance competing priorities within tight timescales. (Essential)
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently (Essential)
Flexible approach to work (Essential)
