About the Role

We have an exciting role across our mental health services, commissioned by Perth and Kinross Council, supporting people living with severe and enduring mental health issues and common co-morbities, such as neurodevelopmental conditions, to live fulfilled lives and achieve their goals.

Based at the heart of Perth, we use recovery focussed interventions, supporting people to develop skills and positive support networks towards living an independent life in the community. The services offer direct emotional wellbeing and practical support to individuals to improve their mental health and wellbeing within a recovery coaching model. Working with people on a 1-2-1 or group basis, in people’s homes and communities, we work with individuals to identify their strengths, issues and goals. We encourage individuals to recognise and use their existing strengths, facilitate building new skills to build momentum in independent living skills, self-management, personal recovery and building capacity. Assessing individuals’ strengths and needs, the service will link people with meaningful supports within their community.
