Join our dedicated team at Clannalba, near Biggar, supporting nine autistic adults in a vibrant, scenic environment. We're looking for creative individuals who share our values: Collaboration, Compassion, Change Makers, and Contribution.

At Scottish Autism, we value our Autism Practitioners, providing top-notch training to ensure they deliver high-quality support. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to specialise in autism care, even if you're new to the field. Experience in social care is desirable but not essential—just a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating personalised support plans
  • Building positive relationships
  • Collaborating with families and health professionals
  • Encouraging independence, community involvement, and personal development
  • Shift work, including weekends and evenings, is required.

  • Fully funded SVQ and training
  • Life assurance & pension (employer matched up to 9%)
  • Employee discount platform & assistance programme
  • HSF Cash Plan with over 30 ways to save on every day healthcare costs including dental, optical and physiotherapy.

Posts are subject to PVG Disclosure and SSSC registration (costs covered).

We value diversity and welcome applications from those with lived experience of autism.
