About the Role

As a Marketing & Events Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a calendar of Marketing Team events. You’ll help plan and execute conferences, training sessions and exhibitions.

You’ll support the work of our External Learning & Consultancy team with planning and delivering of training and consultancy events.

Your organisational skills and creativity will ensure smooth operations and meaningful engagement with our audiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for event and training enquiries.
  • Manage bookings, coordinate mailings, and maintain accurate data in our CRM system.
  • Support the setup, delivery, and follow-up for in-person and online events.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including financial processes and supplier coordination.
  • Contribute to event marketing efforts through digital and print initiatives.
  • Gather feedback from delegates to help refine and improve our events.
