Assistant Manager - Charity Shop

Our charity shop in Peebles is recruiting now for an Assistant Shop Manager, offering 22.5 hours per week.

Our Charity Shops are an ethical alternative to fast fashion, furniture and retail goods. Our shops play a valuable part in the contribution of support we deliver to the people supported by our services.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a retail environment and be a person who brings the best of themselves every day.

You will have a flair for shop and window dressing to ensure the shop is well maintained and always kept looking fresh and inviting. You will be open to sharing ideas and plans as well as having the ability to meet the needs of regular customers and build a solid foundation of repeat custom.

If you are someone with innovative ideas who can embrace retail market trends in order to keep interest then this could be the role for you.
