Cleaner - Hamilton

Cleaner – TouchBase Lanarkshire (Hamilton) - Permanent | 20 hours per week | Mon–Fri, 1:30pm–5:30pm

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Cleaner to join our Facilities Team at TouchBase Lanarkshire, a modern, purpose‑built centre supporting people with disabilities and additional needs.

The role:

You’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the people we support and our colleagues, working as part of a wider facilities team.

Key duties include:

• Day‑to‑day cleaning (mopping, hoovering, room cleaning, laundry, and deep cleans)
• Safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with COSHH
• Following cleaning schedules and supporting additional tasks as required

About you:

• Cleaning experience is desirable
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of infection control, COSHH, and safe manual handling
• Flexible to work during events or public holidays if required
