About the role
As a Curriculum Facilitator, you will design, deliver and evaluate learning experiences tailored to each individual. Working closely with the Curriculum Lead, you’ll support learners’ progress, independence and transition into adulthood, including through ASDAN and Duke of Edinburgh programmes. Your contribution will help shape meaningful outcomes for the young people we support.
This role offers excellent personal and professional development, and the chance to make a genuine impact.
Our work is guided by four principles:
- Supporting young adults to develop as confident, successful individuals
- Encouraging lifelong learning
- Using progressive, creative teaching approaches
- Building on each learner’s prior achievements

You will:
- Understand how people learn and use creative methods to enhance engagement
- Provide high‑quality, fun and stimulating learning experiences
- Have experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
- Work well independently and show initiative
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Hold a relevant qualification at SCQF Level 7 or equivalent
- Bring enthusiasm, positivity and a commitment to helping learners achieve their goals
Desirable: experience with augmentative communication (VOCAS, symbols, signing) and/or post‑school learning environments.
