What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Practitioner with Sense Scotland, you’ll work directly with adults who have a range of complex needs, supporting them in their own homes to live independently and joyfully. Your role will include:
- Supporting with personal care, medication, and meal preparation
- Encouraging healthy lifestyles and social engagement
- Helping with household tasks like cleaning and laundry
- Facilitating fun activities like swimming, long drives, social gatherings, and creative indoor sessions
What We’re Looking For
- A flexible approach to shifts, including sleepovers, evenings, weekends, and mid-shifts
- A full UK driving licence (manual or automatic)
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
- A genuine passion for making a difference
