About the Service
We’re recruiting a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join a small team supporting two deaf individuals with a learning disability in their own home in the Northfield area of Aberdeen. You’ll support them to live active, independent lives and achieve their personal goals.
About the Role
You’ll provide person‑centred support, including:
- Medication support, personal care, and household tasks
- Support with appointments and finances
- Encouraging activities such as swimming, football, discos, arts & crafts, horse riding, and holidays abroad
No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in helping people enjoy life to the fullest.
What You’ll Need
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexible approach to shifts (including weekends and sleepovers)
- Caring, patient, and positive attitude
Experience is helpful but not essential – values and willingness to learn matter most
Typical Shifts
Shift times may vary slightly. Sleepovers are paid at the regular rate.
- 10am–10am (sleepover)
- 10am–3pm
- 4pm–9pm
- 8am–4pm
- 4pm–8am (sleepover)
