Female Support Worker – Northfield, Aberdeen

Sense Scotland is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Female Support Worker to support two deaf adults with learning disabilities in their own homes. Our goal is to help the people we support live happy, fulfilled, and independent lives.

About the role

You’ll support:

• A lady who loves pampering, spa days, nails, swimming, bowling, baking, family time, and trips away.
• A lively gentleman who enjoys animals, socialising, cycling, walking, football and a good sense of humour. He’s very independent, and your role will help him maintain that.

Support includes personal care, medication, finances, daily routines, and meaningful activities.

A full UK driving licence (manual or automatic) is essential.

Shift patterns include:

• 24‑hour shifts (10am–10am) with sleepover
• 5‑hour activity shifts
• 8:30am–4pm
• 4pm–8:30am with sleepover
• Weekend and night flexibility is required.

• Organised, motivated, and able to use their initiative
