We’re recruiting a Female Support Worker to join our award‑winning Pollok Housing Support Service (Care Inspection grade 6 – Excellent, Team of the Year 2025). You’ll support three ladies who are deafblind with complex needs, providing high‑quality, person‑centred support in their own homes and out in the community.

About the Role

• 1:1 support with daily living
• Personal care, medication, meal prep, housework and finances
• Supporting active lifestyles (swimming, walking, meals out, events)
• Promoting independence and individual outcomes
• Working closely with families and professionals
• Maintaining accurate daily records

Shifts (35 hours/week)

• Day: 07:30–14:30
• Late: 14:30–21:30
• Mid: 09:00–17:00 or 12:00–20:00
• Flexibility required – fair and balanced rota provided

• A strong team player with good communication skills
• Organised, reliable, and able to use initiative
• Passionate about making a difference
• Experience preferred but not essential – values matter most
