About the Service

Our Outreach Service provides community-based, personalised support to help individuals live as independently as possible across the Greater Glasgow area. Support includes day-to-day living tasks, attending appointments, and taking part in social and community activities such as cafés, cinema trips, and local events.

Services operate 7 days a week, with flexible hours between 8:00am – 10:00pm, starting from individuals’ homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support with personal care, medication, and healthcare needs
• Promote independence in line with individual Support Plans
• Maintain accurate records of support and progress
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and those we support

About You

You don’t need previous care experience — just a genuine passion for supporting others.

You’ll be:

• A positive team player with good communication skills
• Organised, reliable, and able to use initiative
• Patient, caring, and committed to learning and development
