Welcome to Tulloch Hill
Our service consists of three adjoining bungalows, home to six individuals, with two people living in each house. At the heart of the service is a shared lounge and kitchen where everyone comes together to socialise, enjoy activities, share meals, and have fun. There's also a beautiful communal garden that is enjoyed throughout the year.
What you'll be doing
As a Female Relief Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping people live life their way one shift at a time. You'll provide tailored support that promotes independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Helping with meal preparation and household activities
- Supporting individuals with complex needs, including epilepsy and PICA awareness
- Encouraging independence and building confidence in everyday life skills
- Supporting people to enjoy hobbies, activities, and community outings
- Following individual support plans and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive environment every day
Shift patterns
Our team work a range of shifts via a flexible rota system. Typical shifts look like;
- Early Shift: 7:30am - 3:00pm
- Late Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Night Shift: 10:00pm - 8:00am
