As part of our growing team, we’re expanding our RELIEF POOL in the Pollock area of Glasgow – an ideal opportunity for anyone looking for flexible work that fits around their life. Whether you're a student, a parent, semi-retired, or simply after a better work-life balance, joining our relief team on a zero-hour contract lets you choose when you work.

Our team support three ladies and you’ll work on a 1:1 basis, supporting each lady with their day-to-day living. Your role is all about encouraging and empowering them to live happy, meaningful lives and achieve their personal outcomes—whether that’s at home or out in the wider community. Building strong, trusting relationships will be at the heart of what you do, creating a solid foundation to support with practical tasks such as:

• Support within their own homes with personal care, housework, administering medication, meal preparation, support with finances companionship etc
• Liaise with families and other professionals to provide the best quality care
• Promote independence and individuality according to their Support Plan
• Record daily tasks and maintain accurate records
• Work as part of a team, effectively communicating with the staff team, families, and people supported
