Relief Support Worker - Forfar

About the service

At our Forfar Housing Support Service, we support 4 adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live independently in their own homes. Every person we support has unique strengths, goals and support requirements, and we work closely with families and Welfare Guardians to provide person-centred care.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing personal care and day-to-day support
• Assisting with medication
• Supporting people whose behaviour may be challenging
• Supporting with mobility, including wheelchair use and manual handling
• Preparing meals and supporting healthy lifestyles
• Helping with household tasks such as shopping and cleaning
• Supporting people to manage finances and access their community

As a Relief Support Worker, flexibility, reliability and a positive attitude are key. We're looking for people who can step into the team when needed and provide high-quality, person-centred support.
