Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead a team that makes a real difference every day? Sense Scotland is looking for a dedicated Supervisor to join our Dundee Support Services, supporting adults with complex needs to live fulfilling, meaningful lives.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality, person‑centred care
• Provide supervision, coaching, and on‑shift training
• Oversee and update individual support plans
• Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and professionals
• Manage staffing rotas and ensure accurate records
• Support staff development and champion our core values

What you bring:

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care and communication needs
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work toward SVQ3)
• Confident IT skills
• Coaching/mentoring experience
• A valid UK driving licence
