Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a passionate Team Leader to join our Housing Support Service in the Bellahouston area of Glasgow. Offering 35 hours per week, you will be leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults with complex needs.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise, coach, and support staff to deliver exceptional care
• Manage rotas and ensure compliance with standards
• Oversee and update individual support plans
• Build strong relationships with families and professionals
• Support staff development and on-shift training

What we’re looking for:

• Significant experience supporting individuals with complex needs
• SVQ Level 2 (and willingness to work towards SVQ3)
• Flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong IT, organisational, and communication skills
• Coaching and mentoring experience
• UK driving licence (desirable)
