About the Service

Join our friendly, supportive teams in Ellon, where we provide care across two small, welcoming homes supporting adults with epilepsy, autism, Angelman syndrome, and learning disabilities.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver person‑centred care tailored to each individual, with daily tasks that may include:

Personal care
Medication and finance support
Social and leisure activities
Household tasks
Promoting independence and wellbeing

A driving licence is essential due to community activities.

Shift Patterns

A mix of shifts including:

8am–10pm
8am–8am (sleepover)
7am–9:30pm
8am–3:30pm
Plus 5‑hour activity shifts (usually 9:30am–2:30pm).
