About the Role

Based at TouchBase Glasgow in Kinning Park, our modern, vibrant centre supports adults with disabilities through meaningful activities including arts, music, cooking, and community events. Every day is different, and you’ll help people build independence, confidence, and connections.

What You’ll Do

• Support individuals with personal care, medication, and daily routines.
• Promote independence in line with personalised Support Plans.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with colleagues, families, and the people we support to deliver high‑quality care.

You’ll be part of a fun, energetic team focused on building strong, trusting relationships and helping each person achieve their goals.

Hours

30 hours per week within centre opening times (8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Saturday).

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is compassionate and genuinely passionate about supporting others.
• Works well in a team and communicates effectively.
• Is organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Brings patience, understanding, and a positive attitude.
