Join our friendly team in Bridge of Earn, Perthshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, Down syndrome and complex epilepsy to live independent, fulfilling lives in their own homes.

About the Role

As a Support Practitioner, you'll provide 1:1 support, helping individuals develop skills, achieve personal goals and enjoy activities that matter to them. No two days are the same, and you may support people with:

  • Daily living tasks, including cooking and household activities
  • Managing finances and budgeting
  • Attending health and social appointments
  • Community activities such as swimming, walking, shopping and bowling
  • Personal care (full training provided)
  • Building confidence, independence and life skills

About You

You don't need previous care experience. We're looking for people who are:

  • Kind, caring and compassionate
  • Reliable and patient
  • Confident communicators
  • Comfortable supporting personal care needs
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible to work across a 7-day rota
  • Passionate about helping others achieve their goals

Working Pattern

Our service operates 24/7 and includes a mixture of:

  • Early shifts: 7.30am to 3.00pm
  • Late shifts: 2.00pm to 10.00pm
  • Night shifts: 10.00pm to 8.00am
