Support Worker - Fife (Finglassie)

About the service

Finglassie comprises two purpose-built 4-bedroom semi-detached bungalows.

Each person has a bespoke, person-centred support plan, and our team provides 24/7 support to help them achieve their personal goals and live the life they choose.

This is a vibrant, fun and active service where the people we support enjoy a wide variety of activities’

Drivers are preferred to help support the people we work with to access their communities. If this sounds like fun—it is! And you could be part of it.

What you’ll do

As part of our team, you’ll:

• Provide person-centred support tailored to each individual
• Support people to access activities, hobbies and their community
• Help with daily living tasks and personal care
• Build meaningful relationships and promote independence
• Every day is different, rewarding and full of opportunities to make a real difference.
