Support Worker – Forfar (Full Time, 37hrs)

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll help people achieve their personal goals and enjoy meaningful daily experiences. Your work will include:

• Promoting independence and person‑centred support
• Helping with daily living tasks (personal care, housework, medication, meal prep)
• Supporting activities at home and in the community (cinema, music, art, swimming, volunteering, walks, etc.)
• Working closely with your team and other professionals
• Maintaining accurate support records

Shift Pattern

A mix of early, late, mid, night, and sleepover shifts. You’ll work 1:1 or 2:1 depending on support needs. Rotas are planned for fairness and consistency.
