The Role

We are looking for caring and motivated Support Workers to support adults with everyday living, personal care, medication, household tasks, and community activities. You'll help individuals build independence, communication, and social skills while supporting them to enjoy the things that matter most to them.

No two days are the same, and full training and ongoing development are provided, including one-to-one support, face-to-face training, and e-learning opportunities.

Hours

We have full-time (37 hours), part-time (21-35 hours), and relief opportunities available. Shifts are worked on a rota basis and may include:

• Early and late shifts
• Occasional sleepovers and night shifts
• Weekends and public holidays
