About the service

Our Strathbungo Supported Living Service offers an engaging and dynamic work environment where each day brings unique experiences. We are a dedicated team, committed to delivering exceptional person-centred care to six individuals who are primarily deafblind and have diverse, complex support needs, some of whom may not communicate verbally.

You will work on a 1:1 basis assisting with day-to-day living, encourage to live happy meaningful lives and achieve personal goals/ambitions both at home and in the wider community. Your role will be centred around building trusting relationships as a foundation to assist with practical tasks such as:

What’s the shift pattern

Our Strathbungo service provides round-the-clock support every day of the year.

As a Support Worker, you can be contracted up to 37 hours per week which means you will be required to work 23 shifts over the month therefore some weekend work is required.

Shifts include a mix of early shifts (07:30 – 14:30) and late shifts (14:30 – 21:30) with a requirement for some sleepover duties (paid at normal hourly rate)
