Support Worker Nights - Glasgow (Bellahouston)

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Waking Night Support Workers to support two individuals living in their own homes in the Bellahouston area of Glasgow. As part of our night team, you'll help create a safe, comfortable, and reassuring environment while supporting individual needs and promoting wellbeing.

What you'll do

• Carry out regular wellbeing and safety checks
• Support evening and morning routines
• Provide personal care and administer medication
• Prepare meals and maintain a safe, welcoming home
• Complete support records and documentation
• Promote comfort, dignity, and independence throughout the night

Shift Pattern

• Waking night shifts: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Rolling rota designed to support work-life balance
• Occasional day shifts required for training and team development

What we're looking for

• A genuine passion for supporting others
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Good communication and organisational abilities
• Reliability, patience, and understanding
• Willingness to learn and develop

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as we provide full training, induction, and shadowing support.
