About the Service

Based in Tulloch Hill, Perth, this service provides 24-hour support to individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, PICA and epilepsy. The service consists of three adjoining bungalows with shared communal spaces and a garden.

You’ll join a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a warm, safe and welcoming environment. Staff work on a rota with early, late and night shifts, with flexible working considered where possible.

Typical shifts:

• Early: 7:30am – 3pm
• Late: 2pm – 10pm
• Night: 10pm – 8am

About You

We’re looking for people who are passionate about supporting others and making a positive impact. Previous care experience is welcome but not essential – we’re equally keen to hear from those new to social care.

You’ll need:

• A positive, caring attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Good communication and initiative
• Organisation and ability to manage routines
• Patience, understanding and a genuine desire to help others
• Willingness to learn and develop
