Service Manager - Tagsa Uibhist

We are recruiting a Service Manager

Part-time, 21-28 hrs/week spread over 3 or 4 days, based in Balivanich on the Isle of Benbecula

Salary negotiable based on experience

Tagsa Uibhist’s Service Manager will provide overall operational leadership across the organisation, ensuring the effective and safe delivery of all our services.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing, supporting and developing staff. You will have senior management experience within care, health or social care, and an up-to-date understanding of the issues affecting the social care and third sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager or Professional seeking a new challenge. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future direction of Tagsa Uibhist, working closely with staff, service users, the Board and our wider community.
