Post: Mentor/Resource Worker

Salary £24,333.40 per annum (This is due to increase by 5% starting 1st October 2022)

Terms: 35 hrs a week, Fixed Term for 2 years with scope for this to be extended.

Brief Description of Duties:

Are you an ambitious, creative and influential practitioner who is passionate about supporting women to bring about change in their lives?

The primary purpose of this post is to work pro-actively with women who have complex needs, and are affected by offending and substance misuse in the community. The post holder will be required to assess the needs of individuals referred to the service and plan and deliver a proportional response to the presenting issues. Work will be delivered through one-to-one intervention as well as within a group setting across a range of sites.

Please note that the post has a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be female due to the client group. This is in line with Equality Act 2010 guidelines.
