About The Role:

As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the personal care and overall well-being of elderly and infirm individuals—our valued Service Users—within the familiarity and comfort of their own homes.

What we are looking for:

• Caring and compassionate individuals

• Experience preferred but not essential as full training given

• Reliable, trustworthy and supportive team members

• Able to accommodate shift-based work including weekends

• Strong communication skills

• A passion for helping others

Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

This role also offers Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Displaced care workers with existing permission to work in the UK are encouraged to apply.

Successful candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, and it is an essential requirement to register with the SSSC.

Responsibilities Include:

• Encouraging Independence

• Support with all personal care needs such as washing/dressing

• Medication Support

• Assisting with meals
