We have an exciting opportunity for a Later Living Coordinator based at Forrestfield Gardens, Caldercruix
In return for your enthusiasm and commitment we will offer you: -
· £15,821* or £16,458 Annual Salary (Pay Award Pending) (*salary based on enhanced annual leave)
· Working 25 hours per week, worked Monday – Friday.
· 33* or 28 days annual leave per year

What we’re looking for in a Later Living Coordinator:
You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property related issues, to our Customers in Caldercruix, ensuring that they and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment.
Later Living Coordinator Skills and Experience:
You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our customers, promoting independent living and ensuring they enjoy a good quality of life.
Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Line management experience
· Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support others.
· IT skills
· Kindness and compassion
· Organisational skills
