At Turning Point Scotland, we have an exciting opportunity for a Training Administrator to join the team.
Turning Point Scotland is a national social care organisation providing services to people with addictions, learning disabilities, mental health issues, those in the criminal justice system and those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
About You
You will be supported by an incredibly approachable management team, allowing you to expand on your existing knowledge whilst developing new skills.
Your ability to work on your own initiative, manage and prioritise a busy work schedule and demonstrate attention to detail is essential. Along with your excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and with experience of working in a proactive and flexible way.
About the Role
As our Training and Development Administrator, you will work closely with the Training and Development Department and our wider services to provide administrative support in the organisation’s training and development function.
This will include, but is not limited to:
- Assisting the team in planning training calendars.
- Printing and distributing training material.
- Monitoring and logging training attendance.
- Administering the organisation’s eLearning site.
- Compiling basic reports, and providing ad hoc admin support as required.
- You will act as a first point of contact for our wider services to assist them with any training related queries they have via email, over the phone and in person.

This is a varied role and being flexible, responsive and organised is key to ensuring that you are effectively supporting the smooth running of the department.
