Come and join Wheatley Care as a Health and Wellbeing Assistant.

Our Fife Supported Living Service supports adults living in their own homes, including people with learning disabilities, mental health support needs, physical disabilities and other complex needs. We are committed to helping people live independently, achieve their goals and be active members of their communities.

As a Health and Wellbeing Assistant, you will provide practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs. Working closely with the people we support, you will help promote independence, wellbeing, inclusion and choice, enabling people to live fulfilling lives in their own homes and communities.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing person-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing.
  • Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals.
  • Encouraging participation in community activities and social opportunities.
  • Helping people access health, welfare and local support services.
  • Building positive relationships and supporting people to make informed choices.
  • Working with colleagues, families and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to support plans.

You will:

Previous experience in care, support work or a customer-focused role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
