Do you want to make a positive difference to people’s lives? Join Wheatley Care as a Health and Wellbeing Co‑ordinator.

We are a values‑led, not‑for‑profit social care organisation with over 40 years’ experience delivering person‑led support across Scotland. We reinvest our resources where they matter most – supporting the people and communities we serve. Our work is grounded in dignity, respect and the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to live well.

We are recognised for delivering safe, compassionate and reliable support, and we are entering an important period of development as we strengthen our services for the future. We combine the ethos of the third sector with the discipline of a modern, well‑run organisation.

About the role

We are looking for a Health and Wellbeing Co‑ordinator to support adults with complex needs to live well and achieve their personal goals. The role focuses on promoting physical, emotional and social wellbeing through meaningful activities, group sessions and one‑to‑one support.

You will work closely with care and support teams to deliver person‑centred, recovery‑focused outcomes, act as a named keyworker, and use tools such as the Outcome Star to co‑create personalised support plans.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about improving quality of life and supporting positive community connections.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working within health and social care
  • Be committed to person‑centred, trauma‑informed practice
  • Have experience of team working and/or lone working
  • Have experience of co‑producing support plans
  • Be motivated to deliver high‑quality, outcome‑focused support

The benefits we offer

We offer a sector‑leading benefits package, including:

  • Competitive salary
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Excellent leave entitlement
  • Enhanced family‑friendly policies
  • Contributions towards dental, optical, driving lessons and more
  • Staff inclusion networks
  • 24/7 employee assistance programme

Committed to inclusion

We are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and welcome applications from all backgrounds. We want our teams to reflect the communities we serve.
