What You'll Do

As a Health & Wellbeing Assistant, you'll:

• Build positive and trusting relationships.
• Support people to achieve their goals, aspirations and personal outcomes.
• Promote independence, choice and dignity.
• Support people to access their communities and participate in activities they enjoy.
• Assist with daily living tasks where required.
• Encourage health, wellbeing and social inclusion.
• Work alongside colleagues, families and professionals to deliver outstanding person-centred support.
