Why Logie Road?
At Logie Road, we are proud of the warm, welcoming and person-centred environment we’ve created. It is more than a workplace; it is a home, a community and a place where people are supported to thrive.
Our team supports adults with a range of support needs to pursue their ambitions, participate in their local community and enjoy meaningful experiences. We celebrate achievements together, encourage independence and ensure every individual is supported to live the life they choose. Every person we support has their own interests, goals and aspirations, and we work alongside them to make those aspirations a reality.
One day you might support someone to learn a new skill, volunteer in their community or achieve a milestone they have been working towards for months. Another day might involve helping someone enjoy a hobby, attend a social activity, visit friends and family, or build confidence through everyday routines. That variety, purpose and reward are what make this role so special.
