As a Livingwell Advisor, you will build trusted relationships with tenants, helping them stay connected, healthy and active while supporting them to sustain their tenancies and achieve the outcomes that matter most to them.

About the role

  • Support tenants to access relevant services and make appropriate referrals where required.
  • Respond to emergencies, wellbeing concerns and tenancy-related issues appropriately.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and effective communication with colleagues and partner agencies.
  • Monitor the safety and security of developments and report concerns promptly.

About you

You will have:

  • Experience of supporting vulnerable people, either through work or relevant life experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of people.
  • A genuine interest in supporting older people and promoting independence.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organisational, time management skills and follow through attitude.
  • A positive, flexible and non-discriminatory approach.
  • Confidence using your initiative and responding appropriately to changing situations.
