Manager of Early Learning Centre (Outdoor Education)

Busy Bees is leading Outdoor provision in the heart of Caithness. We pride ourselves on our outdoor ethos, allowing children to flourish and grow naturally, by experiencing a daily outdoor provision in all seasons. Busy Bees is a unique setting like no other in the north of Scotland.

We seek a passionate leader with a love of outdoor education to lead our small setting.

Our small setting means that we host no more that 12 pupils per day. Our staff structure is currently made up of 2 FT EYPs. This post allows some flexibility in hours and contractual hours can be discussed with the employer.

As an affiliated setting in partner with the Local Authority, our setting is run in support with a committee of trustees.

Busy Bees currently has 5/6 gradings from the Care Inspectorate.

We are seeking an experienced practitioner, with the required Qualification, as listed by the SSSC, to join our dedicated team and help us drive out setting forward to becoming a centre of excellence in Scotland.
