Care and Learning Alliance (CALA)

Care and Learning Alliance (CALA) is a largest Highland-based third sector membership organisation providing childcare, family support, and professional training. Services include ELC, daycare, school aged childcare and holiday care in 20 settings across rural Highland. They also provide support for parent, baby and toddler groups, whole family wellbeing services, play and learning sessions, professional learning, the Highland Staffbank for childcare sector, advice and representation.

CALA is an accredited Living Wage employer, emphasising Children's Rights,  quality, collaboration, community partnerships and the GIRFEC approach.
