Cosy Cottage Nursery School are looking for a person aged between 16-19 to train to become a fully qualified Nursery Practitioner.
The job role requires you to be part of a pro-active and responsible team. You will be involved in all aspects of the care and education of our children.
Funding is available from Skills Development Scotland. The course takes approximately 15 -18 months to complete, depending on the individual. You will qualify with an SCQF Level 7 and will graduate as a fully qualified Childcare Practitioner.
No prior experience or qualifications are necessary, however good communication skills are essential. Applicants should be enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn and a desire to work with babies and young children.
Our full-time staff work four days 7.30am 6.00pm. However, there is some flexibility with hours.
The successful candidate would be welcomed by a supportive and passionate team.
We have access to nearby parking and excellent bus routes passing along Northfield Broadway and Portobello Road.
