We are seeking an exceptional Head Teacher to lead our primary department with vision, compassion, and a deep commitment to improving outcomes for every child.
We are looking for an inspiring and experienced educational leader who can:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across the primary department
- Champion high-quality learning and teaching that meets the needs of diverse learners
- Foster a culture of inclusion, respect, and positive relationships
- Lead, support, and develop a dedicated team of teachers and support staff
- Work collaboratively with senior leaders across the through‑school
- Ensure compliance with Scottish education standards, inspection frameworks, and safeguarding expectations
- Build strong partnerships with families, carers, and external agencies
- Contribute to the wider vision and values of Curo Salus

Experience within independent, specialist, or therapeutic education settings is advantageous but not essential.
