Lunchtime Assistant

We are looking to recruit either one or two lunchtime assistants for this thriving preschool provision based in Greenbank Church Halls. You will be involved in setting up for and serving childrens' lunches and providing lunchtime cover for the staff team. Lunches are delivered to Greenbank Pre School daily. You will be working with a qualified teacher and a team of Early Years Practitioners providing quality education for 3 - 5 year olds. You must be passionate about working with children, have knowledge of food safety and hygiene and be aware of the importance of parental participation. You must be able to communicate effectively with children, colleagues, parents and other agencies. The position(s) are part time (suitable for one person working from 11.00am to 2.00pm or two people working from 11.30 to 1.30) during school terms, commencing from 16 August 2021. Current pay is £10.75 per hour.
