We are looking for a part time Playgroup Manager to work up to 21.5
hours a week (negotiable) during term time in our friendly and long-
running community run nursery for 2.5-5 year olds.
It is a permanent position. Salary is dependent on experience.
You will join a very caring and supportive team, working with up to 20
children. The ideal candidate will be energetic, committed, warm and
caring and have experience working with children aged 2.5-5. You will be
able to work well in a small but dynamic team, display initiative and
support the children’s learning and personal development in a free play,
child-led environment. You will bring your own interests and enthusiasm
to the job.
You need to have, or be working towards, a BA in Childhood Practice or
equivalent, be registered or willing to be registered with the SSSC and be
a member of the PVG scheme. Professional references are essential.
