Location: Northfield Academy
Duration: Permanent, Full Time (Term Time)

Job Purpose:
To work closely on a day to day basis with Principal Teachers of Guidance, Senior Management Team, other colleagues within the council, partner agencies and with families to maintain and improve attendance at school.

Requirements

  • The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:

  • PVG membership for regulated work with children and/or protected adults or, a willingness to obtain prior to a formal offer of employment being made.

Responsibilities

  • The post holder is expected to demonstrate:

  • High level communication skills.

  • Organisational and Interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to customer care.

  • High level IT skills.

  • Ability to relate to pupils and their families.

  • Ability to maintain accurate records and understand the need for confidentiality.
