Job Purpose:
To deliver a statutory social work/care management service to service users, their families and carers who are experiencing or are affected by mental disorder or difficulties with mental health.
The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:

Professional Social Work Qualification (BA Social Work qualification or equivalent DipSW, CQSW)
SSSC Registration
Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme Record (PVG) or willing to become registered
